The Taste, Nutrition & Health segment uses its combined expertise as well as scientific research to offer customers and partners unique, natural ingredient-based and sustainable solutions in the areas of taste, nutrition and health. With more than 100 sites in over 40 countries, the segment serves the markets of the food and beverage industry as well as manufacturers of pet food and fish food. The segment is divided into the two core Food & Beverage and Pet Food divisions.
This position can be located in Germany (Holzminden) or France (Clichy / Rennes / Elven), however the role will regularly travel regionally.
About the Role
The Regional HR Business Partner EAME plays a pivotal role in our global HR Business Partnering model. You will drive collaboration and harmonization of HR practices across divisional and functional boundaries at the regional level. Reporting to the Global HR Business Partner for Taste, Nutrition & Health (TN&H), you will contribute to the development of the segment's HR strategy and ensure its proper implementation in the [Region] region. You will act as the primary point of contact for the regional Executive Leadership Team, providing recommendations and counseling on workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Partnering:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for the Regional President Food & Beverage EAME and the regional leadership team.
2. Work closely with executive leaders of TN&H for the EAME region to understand strategic goals and objectives.
3. Contribute to the development and implementation of a regional HR strategy for TN&H.
4. Drive cross-fertilization of divisional HR strategies within TN&H.
5. Support business and HR leadership on organizational design programs and M&A activities.
Planning & Analytics:
6. Own and drive strategic workforce planning at the regional level.
7. Ensure accuracy of segment and divisional core HR data and headcount reporting.
8. Elaborate segment and divisional people analytics to drive business insights.
9. Communicate and facilitate the cascading of strategic HR decisions and information.
Local Human Resources & Employee Relations:
10. Advise and facilitate the TN&H Local HR Business Partner community in the EAME region.
11. Act as a point of contact for executive leaders on critical employee relations issues.
12. Provide guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
13. Identify HR service delivery performance issues and define ways to close gaps.
Talent Management:
14. Collaborate with CoE Talent Management and the HR Business Partner community.
15. Contribute to the development and implementation of Talent Management practices.
Talent Acquisition:
16. Consult with Global and Regional CoE Talent Acquisition on workforce planning.
17. Provide strategic HR input to inform targeted recruitment strategies.
18. Participate in recruitment processes for key positions.
Compensation & Benefits:
19. Provide input to the total compensation strategy for TN&H.
20. Support the annual merit process and contribute to salary calibration.
About You
You hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field. With several years of successful HR experience, including few years at a senior level in a multinational company, you excel in leading regional HR strategies. Your strong presentation and influencing skills enable effective communication at the executive level.
You possess excellent analytical skills, using HR data to drive strategic decisions. Your leadership inspires high performance, and you have a proven track record in change management. You remain composed under pressure, making sound decisions in challenging situations.
Collaboration is key for you, and you build strong relationships with stakeholders. Your strategic thinking aligns HR tactics with business goals. You thrive in diverse, multinational environments and handle workplace conflicts professionally. Proficiency in English is required, another language considered as a plus (Mandarin / German / French).
