This role requires a deep understanding of marketing, media, and data consulting. You will lead our data initiatives, integrating advanced data capabilities with business objectives, and enhancing client relationships through data-driven insights and strategies. Your expertise in digital tools, data governance, and regional data project management will be pivotal. Your tasks: Strategic Leadership Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with and enhances our digital media, adtech, and marketing initiatives Identify emerging trends and technologies in the data landscape and propose innovative applications to maintain our competitive edge Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the data strategy supports overall business goals and client objectives Client Engagement and Consultation Lead high-level client engagements, translating complex data concepts into actionable insights and strategies Provide expert consultation on data-driven approaches to optimize media spend, improve targeting, and enhance overall marketing performance Develop and present compelling data-driven narratives and recommendations to clients, showcasing the value of our data capabilities Solution Development and Integration Design and implement integrated solutions that leverage data to optimize performance across all marketing channels Oversee the development of custom data models and algorithms to address specific client challenges and opportunities Ensure seamless integration of data solutions within the broader marketing technology ecosystem, leveraging tools like Google Marketing Platform (GMP), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Salesforce, and other relevant 3 rd party solutions Data Governance and Regional Projects Drive data governance best practices and ensure compliance with privacy regulations across regional projects Manage scaled data initiatives across regions, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational goals Utilize Consumer Data Platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, Treasure Data) for advanced data management and analysis Team Leadership and Mentorship Lead a data team of fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, helping them develop their skills and advance their careers Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across the organization to elevate our overall data capabilities Your Profile: Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related field. Industry Experience: At least 7 years in data strategy, analytics, or a related field, with proven expertise in marketing, media, or data consulting. Experience with major media groups, data consulting companies, data vendors, or advertisers is required. Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Google Marketing Platform (GMP) and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly GA4 and GTM. Familiarity with Consumer Data Platforms (e.g., GCP, Treasure Data). Strong proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques. Deep understanding of adtech and martech ecosystems. Regional Focus: Experience managing data governance and scaled data projects across regions. Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements. Skills: Ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Cloud certifications, Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce) are a plus.
