Your contribution: After an intensive onboarding phase through our HIS Academy, you will develop into our specialist (m/f/d) for the implementation of a new, innovative software solution for the clinical workplace (KAS), analyzing the processes of your hospital clients, gathering their requirements, and designing the appropriate customer solution. You will independently configure the system and document your work. You will create training materials and train and support users during the commissioning phase. You will be closely involved in a team of consultants and solution architects. You will use agile methods to structure your work and ensure team success. As we value long-term customer relationships, you will continue to support your clients even after the project has been completed and implement additional and change requests. What you bring along: A completed training as an IT specialist, a degree in business or medical informatics, or comparable practical experience. Good knowledge of modern web technologies such as HTML, JSON, XML, or CSS is an advantage. A solid understanding of process and data modeling, strong analytical thinking and working skills, excellent communication abilities, and confident demeanor. Ideally, initial experience with workflows in hospitals or with hospital information systems. Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, combined with a willingness to travel nationally about 30-50%.
