Job Description
* Contact person for managers and employees for all personnel-related and labor law issues
* Implementation of individual HR measures for a defined support area
* Proactive advice and support for managers on all strategic and operational HR issues and change processes
* Ensuring compliance with legal provisions and company regulations as well as processing and resolving labor law issues
* Managing and coordinating recruitment together with the recruiting team and onboarding new employees
* Trusting cooperation with the works council committees and the central HR service functions (Recruiting, Learning and Payroll)
* Participation in conceptual and strategic topics as well as special projects
Qualifications
* You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship with an additional qualification in HR or a relevant degree with a focus on HR management
* You have already gained some relevant professional experience in HR management, ideally in a manufacturing company
* You have good knowledge of individual and collective labor law
* You are familiar with all common MS Office applications
* Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills as well as a confident manner and a reliable and structured way of working round off your profile

The position will be filled on a temporary basis as a parental leave replacement.
