Your Role
The Global Head of Sales Excellence is responsible for driving Sales Excellence globally, of which Tender Management and Supply Chain Design for the Global Account (GA) program and of which Sales Training and Digital Solutions across all three sales channels. This role ensures alignment with the company's growth strategy and Roadmap 2026 by delivering innovative solutions that support operational efficiency and profitable revenue growth. With a focus on continuous improvement, the position plays a critical role in maximizing global Sales opportunities and supporting key strategic initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
* Lead and manage Sales Excellence Departments (Tender Management, Digital Solutions, Supply Chain Design, Sales Training) to drive operational efficiency and support global Sales growth.
* Drive and support the KN Roadmap's growth strategy ensuring excellent customer experience and Sales execution.
* Build structured, long-term operational excellence across all Sales channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with company objectives.
* Continue to grow an agile, high-performing Sales Excellence team, fostering diversity and developing the next generation of talent to meet future business needs.
* Design and implement the global Sales training strategy, aligning with global Sales reporting and global business unit strategies for continuous growth and innovation.
* Ensure global consistency in Sales Excellence, defining and maintaining global high-quality standards across business units.
* Provide innovative, value-adding solutions to global and national accounts, and create and implement effective integration concepts to enhance partnership success and drive revenue growth.
