PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION
1. Develop industry leading creative solutions for assigned concept or category, to create a highly relevant, desirable and clear adidas brand image, from sell in to sellout (consumer-facing)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
2. Lead the Creative development for concept or category across multiple consumer touchpoints, from 2D to retail to digital
3. Develop concepts and creative strategies that fulfill objectives of category, concept, briefs
4. Collaborate with Product Design team to ensure holistic storytelling
5. Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure consumer- and brand focus
6. Lead the execution of creative strategies to ensure end to end creative excellence from sellin to sellout (consumer-facing)
7. Direct variety of creative resources (agencies, freelancers, writers, photographers, etc) on creative execution to ensure holistic creative excellence
8. Review and approve production stages of creative execution
9. Maximise results within given budget and timeframes
10. Participate in creation of annual and long-term Creative Direction strategies
11. Present and communicate creative solutions with clarity, effectively selling in ideas to variety of stakeholders
12. Identify opportunities of improvement and change, and initiate own proposals/projects
13. Seek out new Design resources that can deliver world class results
14. Creating 3D concept representation, 3D assets, digital product information for an accurate development and decision-making process

23. Strong visual and verbal skills with the ability to create impactful/exciting visuals
24. Art Direction of photoshoots, pre-press reviews and approvals
25. Strong 3D skills and knowledge of virtual tools are required
APP tools: Clo3D, Browzwear, VStitcher or similar 3D fashion design tools
FTW tools: Rhino, Modo, ICAD Pro, or similar 3D design tools
26. Language: English: excellent

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
27. Under-graduate level Design education or combination thereof
28. Solid education and advanced experience in the creative development of communication tools
29. At least 6-8 years experience in Sporting Goods/Fashion Industry or Design on managerial level
30. Proven experience with the entire design process (project scope and time planning, design steps, production/execution of design solution, pre-press processes)
