As Director* Supply Chain Management individualized mRNA you will be a key player in all aspects of supply chain planning across a product or product family, with a focus on balancing demand and supply for individualized/personalized products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all supply chain requirements are met and that products are delivered to market as planned, supporting us on our mission.
Director* E2E Supply Chain individualized products
Develop and maintain the E2E Product Supply Strategy and a resilient production network of sites and CMOs and manage demand, supply and utilization (including inventory, logistics and business continuity)
Implement governance and overall S&OP to assure demand is accurate and to be built in supply plans and strategies, develop and maintain the E2E Product Supply Strategy for your assigned product/product family
Lead a matrix team across the Supply Chain organization and serves as the primary point of contact for your assigned product/product family for Supply Chain to other areas of the business (clinical & commercial per product phase)
Create strategic scenarios to proactively identify risks and opportunities; endorse product scenario analysis from the planning teams and align with cross-functional interfaces
Lead continuous improvement projects to drive expanded capabilities, improve the efficiency of existing processes and enable cost reduction
University degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business Management, Engineering, Life Sciences or a Medical Field
10 years of experience in the life science industry (ideally a biotech or pharmaceutical company)
Good combination of strategic and operational skills; ability to make flexible, but thorough decisions in a highly dynamic environment
Sound experience leading departments as well as cross-functional teams and leading and managing in a complex matrix environment
Effective stakeholder management, both in cross-functional internal and external matrix team environment
Strong project management, team work and communication skills
Creativity and the ability to develop a flexible approach to changing conditions
Organizational skills to ensure optimal resource allocation
Refined colloquial and correspondence skills in both German and English; presentation skills adaptable to all levels of internal and external stakeholders
