SciNova are partnered with an international scale up dedicated to developing a cutting edge drug development platform and are now seeking a Global Marketing Manager to lify their impact across core markets. You will be responsible for developing and executing a multifaceted marketing approach to build and enhance brand presence, engage with KOL''s and manage all external communications. It''s essential that the candidate brings a strong track record of interpreting scientific information into marketable content, as well experienced in working closely with R&D and Technical Operations to guarantee accuracy. Role responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies. Manage and grow my clients digital presence, including social media, website, email caigns, and content creation. Collaborate with R&D and Technical Operations to create targeted scientific marketing materials, including whitepapers, case studies and thought leadership pieces. Organise and create content and posters for congresses, conferences, industry events and online webinars. Analyse and report on marketing performance metrics, adjusting caigns to ensure optimal ROI. Requirements: MSc in Marketing, Communications or a scientific related field. Minimum of 3 years'' experience working in Marketing or Communications within Biotech or Biopharmaceutical industry is essential. Proven track record in developing and executing successful international marketing caigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and analytics platforms. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English (German is a plus).
