Your focus on reliable actual figures and transparency creates the foundation for informed decisions and effective business steering. You will play a crucial role in aligning the finance organization for scalable international growth and capital market readiness.
Together with your team, you will manage a low double-digit number of ledgers, creating clear and robust structures. You will build strong Group Accounting with IFRS consolidation and develop accounting policies that meet international standards.
By implementing a modern ERP system, further developing the Finance Shared Service Center at the headquarters in Mannheim, and establishing a comprehensive Internal Control System (ICS), you actively drive the transformation forward and lay the foundation for financial stability and operational success.
As a pragmatic, results-oriented leader with strategic foresight and a hands-on mentality, you will make a decisive contribution to our success. As a SaaS market leader in the ESG sector, we are shaping a sustainable future. Become part of our dynamic SaaS scale-up and help us improve existing processes and create new solutions!
