Tasks
As a Conversational Design Expert, you will:
* Evaluate and manage client requirements for projects
* Create process flows from client briefing without coding
* Create AI knowledge bases for our bots without coding
* Use prompt engineering to manage and improve output quality
* Provide error and solution analyses ensuring that high quality is met
* Communicate progress and challenges to key stakeholders within the company and with external partners
* Manage projects to ensure smooth execution of projects and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
* Work collaboratively with other data teams to identify and refine key data science problems and challenges
* Do other random stuff that gets thrown at you in real start-up manners.
Requirements
* Native language skills in German (ideally Swiss German) and high proficiency in English. Proficiency in French and/or Italian would be appreciated.
* Ability to work and organize yourself independently and to efficiently manage your tasks and time
* Strong analytical abilities with excellent written and verbal communication
* Attention to detail in terms of language and ensuring good data quality
* Prior experience with project management and a customer success mindset to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
* Personable and comfortable in communicating and managing meetings with internal and external stakeholders alike
* Curiosity and willingness to learn about and work with new topics
