Your Mission
1. Go-To-Market: Play a pivotal role in aligning our GTM regions and assisting in relevant GTM approaches. Provide quantitative insights to support country heads, and developing new sales approaches.
2. Customer Journey Management: Work along the entire customer journey and own process-relevant tasks and customer touchpoints to ensure that we deliver outstanding results within the right timeframe and that we create scalable structures in our fast-evolving company.
3. Sales Process Development: Develop and implement standardized sales processes, ranging from lead generation to deal closure and execution.
4. KPI Development: Sharpen our KPI development for all customer-facing departments to measure performance at each sales funnel stage, including all of our customer success phases.
5. Technology Stack: As a super admin of HubSpot, Vitally, and Mixpanel, you will not just formulate strategies but also execute them in our technological environment.
6. Customer Journey Progress Analysis & Enablement: Conduct in-depth analysis and benchmarking of sales, marketing & customer success progresses and identifying strategic areas for improvement. Propose process adaptations and create, if needed, trainings according to the needs of the GTM organization.
7. Knowledge Exchange: Moderate a global platform (Confluence) for the exchange of best practices, market insights, and competitor intelligence.
Your Skills
8. You have a degree in business administration, economics or a related field.
9. You have 1-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Consulting, Sales-, Marketing-, or Customer Success Operations.
10. You have a good knowledge of CRM Systems (such as HubSpot) and their interplay with other relevant technologies, such as Customer Success Tools.
11. You have demonstrated experience in leading and successfully completing projects by collaborating with international teams.
12. You are ambitious, motivated and detail oriented.
13. You have a hands-on mentality.
14. You have a conceptual, analytical and structured way of working.
15. You have a start-up mentality: continuous improvement is important to us.
16. You have professional experience in a start-up or scale-up, ideally.
17. You are fluent in English and German.
