Your Mission

Your Tasks:
1. Own the first stage of the sales cycle: identify, qualify, and engage potential customers worldwide.
2. Make an impact through outreach calls, emails, and direct engagement to build relationships.
3. Help shape the deal flow, laying the groundwork for successful sales cycles.
4. Present solutions that matter; show customers how Metalshub solves their challenges.
5. Be hands-on: create presentations, build materials, and actively contribute to business growth.
6. Represent Metalshub at international industry events and networking opportunities.
7. Experience: over 2 years of first experience with enterprise customers and outreach is key.
8. Resilience & positivity: you know how to handle rejection and keep going.
9. Strong communicator: you enjoy engaging with people and influencing decisions.
10. Growth mindset: you're eager to learn and develop into a full-cycle Account Executive.
11. Tech-savvy: comfortable working with CRM systems (Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot).
12. Proactive & hands-on: you take initiative, build what's needed, and make things happen.
