THE ROLE & THE TEAM As Overhead Controller for Business, you are the main go-to-person for any finance-related topics of the assigned units. You support the leadership team and cost center owners in the unit in steering the business from a financial standpoint. This includes Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) tasks as well as contributing to projects, investment and process improvements. You collaborate closely with many stakeholders and other controllers in the business. WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING) You’ll be responsible for the budget planning and forecasting process of the business, enabling the cost centre owners (e.g. process, tools) and holding the pen for preparing the main planning events You’ll be responsible for monthly performance reviews with leadership and cost centre owners You’ll manage the cost centre structure and the accrual process of the business in alignment with cost centre owners and accounting teams Supporting the leadership team in identifying efficiency potential, running projects on operational excellence and managing investment cases Demonstrate ability to execute on identified improvement opportunities and be responsible for their successful adaptation WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF You have an education in Finance or Business and 4 years of relevant experience, experience with overhead costs is a clear plus You have strong analytical skills and you can clearly communicate your recommendations to non-finance colleagues You convince with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, you are able to consult and challenge the planning and steering of the business, and can provide a unique perspective by deriving insights and recommendations from the data, bridging detailed data analysis and the business strategy You are curious about the operational and strategic side of the unit and apply good business acumen, e.g. supporting investment cases or identifying efficiency potential You can work independently, have strong organisational skills and a hands-on mentality You are familiar with relevant systems and tools such as SAP, G Suite You have professional fluency in English and demonstrate by communicating clearly both verbally as well as written If you think you have what it takes, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
