Events Manager (f/m/d) To support our Events team we are searching for a Events Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Take on responsibility for managing and coordinating projects that align with the Mytheresa DNA, including overseeing and co-coordinating the work of junior team members in collaboration with senior team members and the Head of Events.
* Initiate inter-departmental communication once project or event goals are defined, ensuring smooth alignment across teams.
* Assist in coordinating all logistical and organizational aspects of events and special projects, while adhering to set budget guidelines.
* Manage communication with external partners such as location agencies, florists, caterers, and suppliers, while researching and maintaining an updated internal database of potential cities, locations, and partners.
* Create and share informative reports on ongoing events and market projects to ensure Mytheresa’s event formats remain current and innovative.
* Develop unique opportunities and experiences for top customers to strengthen their connection with Mytheresa.
* Ensure all project and event efforts reflect the Mytheresa brand identity and standards.
WHO YOU ARE
* Experience in luxury fashion with emphasis on e-commerce or agency experience
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Strong team player
* Strong research skills
* Excellent communications skills
* Flexibility in terms of coordinating daily business, working on multiple projects simultaneously and willingness to travel
* English fluency both written and spoken
