As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the DACH region, you will support managers and their teams throughout the entire employee life cycle. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling central HR processes, including recruiting, headcount planning, performance management, and salary reviews.
Tasks
* Provide advice and support to managers and employees on HR matters related to day-to-day operations in the region.
* Manage the recruiting process, including advertising, applicant management, and interviewing.
* Support key HR processes such as the annual salary review, bonus rounds, and performance management.
* Serve as a legal advisor for managers on HR-related issues.
* Collaborate closely and build trustful relationships with the Works Council, including the creation and negotiation of policies.
* Act as the contact person for personnel service providers and external institutions (e.g., foreigner authorities, lawyer associations, occupational health and safety offices, relocation services).
* Continuously review and improve HR processes, ensuring proper documentation and stakeholder discussions.
* Support the implementation of HR initiatives at the EMEA and global levels.
* Handle special tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus on Human Resources Management.
* 2-3 years of professional experience as a Junior HR Business Partner in an international and fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge in key HR areas such as HR operations, recruiting, labor law, Works Council, performance management, and merit increases.
* Strong partnering capabilities.
* Excellent communication skills, flexibility, confidence, and a commercial mindset.
* Contextual awareness and intercultural competencies.
* Proficiency in written and spoken English.
