Postdoctoral position (f/m/d) in Cancer Research, Immunology, Molecular Biology

Conduct research at the interface of translational medicine and basic research
Results-oriented and independent approach to work
Pursue innovative research in cancer immunology, with a primary focus on unraveling the interactions between cancer-derived platelets, extracellular vesicles, and immune cells
Design, execute, and analyze transcriptomic experiments to uncover novel insights
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior researchers, thereby promoting a culture of academic excellence
A PhD degree (or comparable) and a strong background in immunology, oncology, molecular biomedicine or similar disciplines, with a particular emphasis on cancer immunology
Practical lab expertise
Hands-on experience with multi-color flow cytometry, a wide range of techniques of molecular biology and cell culture experiments like spheroid- or organoid models is of advantage
Expertise in transcriptomic or proteomic methodologies, with demonstrated hands-on experience
You enjoy working with colleagues from diverse scientific and cultural backgrounds and are willing to learn continuously
Proficiency in communication skills in both German and English
