Job description
1. Maintain the system infrastructure of the research group, e.g., administrating our Linux computer cluster;
2. Coordinate the procurement and installation of new hardware;
3. Set up and maintain user accounts of our systems;
4. Act as the group’s IT representative when coordinating with central IT administration of the university.

Personal qualification
5. You have a bachelor degree or comparable training as an IT specialist for system administration.
6. You have knowledge of Windows, Linux and MacOS operating systems.
7. Previous experience in managing small-scale Linux-based GPU clusters is a plus.
8. Good knowledge of English to communicate with our international colleagues and partners.
9. You are willing to independently learn about new subjects as needed for the job.
Salary
Salary category 11 TV-L, depending on the fulfillment of professional and personal requirements.
