Aufgabe
Your role in detail:
1. Ensure claim-, risk-, change-, order- and contract management
2. Organize and Manage Steering Boards and Supplier Meetings up to C-Level
3. Measure & improve supplier quality and performance
4. Support financial revenue and cost management
5. Consolidating requirements for external services and supplies
6. Scanning the market for alternative providers to support a second vendor strategy
7. Establish and communicate processes where necessary
8. Work in a community where everyone helps each other in an open and trusting manner
You will be working in Bonn or Düsseldorf close to the HQ of our supplier.

Profil
You have completed your studies in a technical, engineering or business subject or comparable professional training with 5 - 7 years of professional experience in IT with a focus on modern cloud technologies .
Your profile in detail:
9. Minimum of 3+ years in customer management, business development, or supplier management
10. Experience in intercultural collaboration, especially with Chinese partners
11. Strong communication and negotiation skills
12. Solid experience in contract, cost, profitability, and risk management
13. Strong organizational skills with a high level of customer orientation
14. Resilience, also in critical situations
15. Creative problem-solving and technical assessment abilities
16. English skills minimum on C-Level, German and Chinese skills are advantageous
17. Knowledge ofOpen Telekom Cloud is a plus
