Job description
* Independent implementation of the entire recruiting process from job advertisement to hiring
* Development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies
* Maintaining and expanding the talent pool
* Conducting interviews and selecting applicants
* Collaboration with specialist departments to identify personnel requirements
* Organizing and participating in career fairs and other recruiting events
* Supporting the development and implementation of talent management programs
Qualification requirements
* Degree in personnel management, business administration or a comparable qualification
* Professional experience in recruiting and talent management
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* High level of initiative and ability to work in a team
* Confident handling of MS Office and common recruiting tools
* Good written and spoken English skills
