RESPONSIBILITIES
Do you love working in an inspiring and multicultural environment? Then join our team and ensure together with us high-quality Customer Credit Risk Management (CCRM) for our EMEA customers.
1. You are responsible for credit management day-to-day operations (E.g., Master Data, AR, Collection, Cash, Risk Management) and ensure overall support for CCRM related activities.
2. As a strong reliable partner and coordinator, you are in regular close contact to CCRM EMEA and all respective stakeholders in the order-to-cash chain.
3. You manage, maintain, and ensure adherence of documentation of all procedures for internal and audit purposes including compliance with BASF policies, business guidelines and practices.
4. Moreover, you perform monitoring and clean ups as well as provide proactive ideas and information, supporting tailormade regional monitoring and reporting.
5. Last but not least, you support projects and ensure smooth execution of business processes and system accommodation as well as collaborate on improving and standardizing business best practices and processes across business functions.
QUALIFICATIONS
6. completed formal vocational training program in business and commerce or a comparable degree or certification
7. first professional experience in the field of Order to Cash (e.g. Credit Risk Management, Finance, Treasury)
8. good knowledge of SAP and MS Office, especially Excel
9. good communication and networking skills in English, additional German, Spanish, Italian or French language skills are a plus
10. very good organizational skills and attention to details
11. ability to analyze data for process improvements and independently solve problems

13. Gross annual salary (full-time): 33.000 - 37.000 €, depending on qualification and work experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
