For which tasks (responsibilities)?
* Active participation in shaping our service and solutions offering;
* Manage the full sales cycle from finding new customers to closing deals;
* Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers;
* Work with the corporate CRM system to develop and maintain prospects;
* Analyze potential clients’ needs and identify their pain points to tailor the company’s solutions and presentations at introductory pitches or discovery calls;
* Collaborate with legal and financial teams to ensure contracts are favorable and align with the company’s objectives;
* Regularly report on sales activities, wins, losses, and feedback to senior management to inform business decisions.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
* Prior experience in a similar role (BDM, Sales Manager) in a solution-based IT service company or system integrator;
* Proven experience in B2B sales (at least 3 year), with a strong track record of engaging C-level executives in technology-driven industries;
* Ability to travel and attend international events (will be a plus);
* Fluent in English (speaking and writing). Ukrainian or Russian are helpful.
What are the tasks facing the Business Development Manager during the probationary period?
First Phase (3 months):
* Task: Filling the sales funnel through personal contacts and subordinate SDRs.
* Goal: Achieving 8 SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads).
Second Phase (+3 months):
* Task: Sales execution.
* Goal: Signing contract(s) with a budget at least 10 times greater than the candidate’s salary over 6 months.
