Global Marketing Director Wound Care Area (M/F/D)

In this key role, you'll shape strategic direction, drive portfolio growth, and lead impactful marketing initiatives. Your contributions will be essential in launching groundbreaking solutions and achieving commercial success on a global scale.
You will be the accountable leader for the overall business performance of the category.
Your role involves collaborating cross-functionally, managing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading a high-performing team to achieve business goals.

What You Will Do:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive global marketing plans, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic initiatives.
2. Oversee product management activities, ensuring effective lifecycle management and cost optimization including assortment strategy and supply security in collaboration with Product Supply Medical.
3. Build compelling value propositions and develop brand strategies for consistent messaging across all markets.
4. Recommend and propose an innovation pipeline, including launch roadmap and plans.
5. Develop brand strategy and omnichannel brand activation plans, including digital marketing, to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all markets.
6. Collaborate cross-functionally with global and local stakeholders to align and execute marketing strategies.
7. Manage the global marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and tracking expenditures.
8. Identify trends, customer insights, and competitor intelligence to inform marketing strategies and product development.
9. Build a compelling value proposition tailored to the various persona and channels relevant for their therapy area, substantiated by relevant clinical and health economic evidence.
10. Propose marketing plans for geographic expansion and market access strategy in collaboration with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory.
11. Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Who You Are:
1. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in global marketing roles within the healthcare industry.
3. In-depth understanding of financial metrics and their impact on P&L.
4. Proven ability to manage complex projects in a global environment, with multi-level stakeholders across different functions and geographies.
5. Strong upstream and downstream marketing capabilities demonstrated by tangible results.
6. Analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
7. Ability to identify relevant sources, to gather and make sense of customer insights, market trends, and competitive environment to inform strategic and tactical recommendations.
8. Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, capable of making clear recommendations to senior management.
9. Good communication skills, with the ability to adapt content and style to different audiences.
10. Strong leadership and influencing skills, with a proven track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
11. Ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies, managing by influence in a cross-cultural, multi-site environment.
