For our HR team in the South / South-West region, we are looking for a new team member as an all-rounder as soon as possible. In addition to operational HR work with our existing employees, you will also provide support in recruiting and can thus contribute across the entire employee lifecycle.

1. Comprehensive support and advice for managers on all strategic and operational HR topics
2. Supporting employees in all HR-related topics and issues
3. Conducting staff appraisals and taking any necessary disciplinary measures
4. Preparation and support for legal labor law proceedings
5. Trusting cooperation with the works council, including the drafting of works agreements
6. Support and active management of the recruiting process for industrial and commercial positions
7. Conducting telephone, digital and face-to-face selection interviews and advising managers in the decision-making process
8. Actively shaping the region to be supported using forward-looking HR and recruiting tools to ensure continuous strategic HR planning
» Your profile:
9. Degree in business administration or economics
10. Alternatively, a degree in education, psychology or a comparable qualification with further training in employment law
11. Several years of professional experience as HR Business Partner/ Personnel Officer (m/f/d), especially with labor and works constitution law topics
12. Very good specialist knowledge of labor, works constitution and social security law
13. Initial experience in the recruitment of specialists and managers, ideally in the logistics/forwarding sector
14. Openness and willingness to contribute within and outside a modern HR organization and to drive HR projects forward
15. Independent, proactive and structured way of working as well as a communicative, confident and convincing manner
16. Confident handling of current Microsoft programs (O) and good English skills
