Our client is a global infrastructure fund manager specialized in investing in infrastructure assets across different sectors. In the scope of the growth of its Luxembourg-based office, they are now looking to recruit a Finance Assistant (m / f).
Mission
Responsibilities
1. General support of the finance team for the daily tasks.
2. Processing of invoices related to the investment vehicles.
3. Preparation of the payments through the different banking platforms.
4. Implementation of the new accounts in the banking platforms.
5. Monitoring of payables and receivables accounts.
6. Preparation of the legal documentation related to the financial instruments (shareholder loans, drawdown notices…).
7. Preparation of the accounting package for the external accountants.
8. Preparation of capital call and distribution notices.
9. Update of the internal investment software (Efront).
Profile
1. Degree educated in Finance, Accounting, or Management.
2. 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in either the financial services, audit firm or private equity fund sectors.
3. Fluency in English is a must – any other language will be a plus.
4. Strong Fund management, accounting and tax background.
5. Proven analytical skills.
6. Autonomous, adaptable and proactive with a strong team spirit.
