Your mission
* Centralized Demand Planning:
Build a new centralized demand planning structure for the European market, covering Germany, France, Italy, and Scandinavian countries.
* Collaborative Development:
Develop and implement this structure in close collaboration with international colleagues and the European Supply Chain Manager based in Düsseldorf.
* Material Availability:
Plan, coordinate, and ensure material availability across European markets by leveraging data analysis, market insights, and sales trends.
* Master Data Management:
Create and maintain master data essential for effective planning.
* Process Improvement:
Continuously identify and drive opportunities to improve planning processes.
* Forecast Analysis:
Analyze forecast data and monitor market developments in close coordination with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, taking into account current order situations and trends.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Embrace a collaborative approach across departments, with networking as one of your key strengths.
* Performance Reporting:
Report demand-related KPIs, derive optimization measures, and present these insights to the management team and executive leadership during monthly meetings.
Your profile
* Experience:
You have over 2 years of professional experience in demand planning within an industrial environment.
* Analytical Skills:
Your strong analytical and methodological skills, paired with a data-driven mindset, empower you to excel in cross-functional management and networking.
* Prioritization:
You are adept at setting priorities and distinguishing between urgent and important tasks.
* Technical Expertise:
You possess in-depth Excel knowledge and extensive experience with one or more ERP systems.
* Systems Understanding:
You go beyond basic system usage by understanding the interplay between processes and systems, enabling you to build and further develop system structures.
* Language Proficiency:
You are highly proficient in English; knowledge of German and/or French is an asset in our international working environment.
