1. Manage a team of 3 distributed Sales Executives in Germany and Italy
2. Manage top Accounts of SDS in Germany and Italy
3. Grow SDS business in Europe by winning big Deals in new Accounts
4. Manage and grow the Third Party Advisory Channel (TPA)
5. Consultative Selling Approach
6. Relevant Market Experience in the Automotive and Manufacturing industry
7. End to end Sales Funnel Management
Qualifications:
1. Master Degree or comparable
2. Open Personality, Team Player, Result driven, Self-motivated, Entrepreneurial Attitude
3. Experienced in selling complex Software and Service Solutions
4. Experienced in working with Offshore Delivery Organisations
5. Experienced in Sales Methodologies like Solution Selling, Miller Heiman
6. German and English language skills
