A Snapshot of Your Day We are looking for a talented and qualified specialist (f/m/d) to join our dynamic Program Controls (PCO) team, a key pillar in the professional management and steering of our internal SAP S2/HANA Transformation Program, called S4E-Unify Program. In this role, you will focus on critical and important areas such as Budget & Financials, Vendor and Purchase Order Management, Capacity Management and Document Management including SharePoint Administration. How You'll Make an Impact Conducting financial analyses and reporting on actuals and forecast figures Supporting the Leadership team in proactively managing the Program Budget Developing the commercial part of Requests for Proposal (RfP) and evaluating vendor offers in close collaboration with Procurement. Managing and processing Purchase Orders (POs). Orchestrating capacity planning for program roles in close interaction with the wider Program Leadership team Managing and maintaining Program Sharepoint sites and document structures Ensuring compliance with company policies and standards in the use of SharePoint. What You Bring A degree in Finance, Business Administration or a equivalent education with professional experience Practical experience in (Financial) Planning, Controlling and Monitoring, Procurement Processes, commercial interaction with Suppliers, and Document/SharePoint Management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP R/3, and SharePoint.
