We are looking for a Business Development Manager, Southern Europetojoin our B2B Sales Team in the heart of buzzing Berlin! .
As a Business Development Manager, you will identify and qualify outbound business opportunities in your sales region. You will actively build new customer relationships and maintain existing contacts to support Babbel's growth objectives.
You will
* Own and manage a pipeline of outbound Accounts, focusing on high-value opportunities identified through our ICP.
* Plan and execute targeted outbound campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn, tailored to the specific needs and challenges of each account.
* Conduct thorough research to understand target accounts, their industry dynamics, and key decision-makers to personalize outreach effectively.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts, prioritizing long-term engagement over short-term gains.
* Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align outbound strategies and ensure a seamless handover of qualified opportunities.
* Utilize data-driven insights to refine outreach strategies and improve account engagement, ensuring hygiene and relevance in all communications.
* Set and achieve ambitious activity and engagement goals, focusing on quality interactions that drive meaningful conversations.
You have
* Proven experience in outbound prospecting, ideally in a B2B environment with a focus on account-based selling.
* Native-level fluency in Italian, full working proficiency in English, proficiency in French, Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
* Target-driven mentality.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with Outreach, HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a plus.
