Your Mission You manage and oversee the operation of digital workplace services, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. You act as a product owner, defining product vision, roadmaps, and growth opportunities for digital workplace tools and services as well as collaborating with our IT teams and business units to identify technology needs and prioritize demands based on strategic business goals You develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, overseeing contract negotiations and managing service level agreements (SLAs) as well as proposing and tracking vendors success. As part of the IT Service Management you implement best practices based on frameworks such as ITIL, following agreed procedures according to ITIL standards and identifying, registering, and categorizing incidents. Analyzing metrics and user feedback to improve service delivery as well as monitoring service delivery performance metrics with the help of ITSM tools and liaise with managers and customers to ensure that service level agreements are not breached. You also engage with project management to confirm that products developed meet the service acceptance criteria and are adherent to the required standard, while feeding into the change management processes. Your Talents Completed studies in business informatics, computer science or relevant vocational training with several years of professional experience in IT service management. Proven experience in IT service management, demand management, or a related role in a digital workplace environment which gives you a strong understanding & knowledge of regional and global IT market landscape and the respective customers. You are familiar with the handling of critical incidents. Experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment, with a solid track record of managing product life cycles. Strong understanding of ITIL framework (ITIL certification is highly preferred) as well as broad experience with ITSM tools e.g. ServiceNow. You have successfully managed critical elements and cross functional and regional projects and are experienced with digital transformation projects and deploying enterprise-level workplace technologies. Proficiency in written and spoken English.
