Your future contribution
As a Senior Tech Recruiter (Freelance, 6-9 Month Contract), you will own the full end-to-end recruitment strategy for tech hiring across our subsidiaries, acting as a strategic hiring partner to their teams. You will drive forward efficient hiring processes, engage top talent, and be accountable for high-volume and high-speed hiring delivery. Beyond filling roles, you will also identify gaps in the hiring process, suggest improvements, and push hiring teams toward fast and effective decision-making in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. If you thrive in agility, stakeholder management, and high-impact recruiting, this role is for you.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who can commit 20-40 hours per week, depending on availability and business needs.
How you’ll add value
* Own and execute tech hiring at speed – managing multiple roles at once while ensuring seamless candidate and hiring manager experiences.
* Source relentlessly – build and maintain talent pipelines, utilizing creative sourcing techniques and engaging passive talent.
* Be a talent advisor – work closely with hiring managers to identify needs, streamline interview processes, and ensure strong decision-making.
* Adapt and pivot – operate effectively in an evolving structure, quickly adjusting hiring priorities and driving clarity where needed.
* Be curious and creative – continuously look for better ways to attract, engage, and close top tech talent, experimenting with new sourcing techniques and outreach strategies.
* Leverage data – track key hiring metrics and use them to optimize recruiting effectiveness and efficiency.
You’ll be successful in this role if you
* Have 5+ years of experience in tech recruitment, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
* Can hire fast and manage multiple roles at once without sacrificing quality.
* Are comfortable working with evolving structures and can thrive in an environment where processes adapt quickly.
* Have strong stakeholder management skills and can influence hiring decisions with confidence and clarity.
* Are a natural problem solver, proactively finding solutions and removing hiring bottlenecks.
* Have a bias for action—you don’t wait for things to be perfect, you make them happen.
* Have German proficiency (nice to have) to collaborate effectively with local hiring teams.
