1. Support and further development of subscription services and the associated platform
2. Optimization of processes
3. Processing 2nd level customer & market inquiries relating to subscription products
4. Quality assurance and creation of training documents for Customer Care contract service
5. Close cooperation with internal departments, external partners and technical service providers
Your Profile
6. Successfully completed studies or training in the commercial sector or a comparable qualification
7. User knowledge of MS Office and OSvC, as well as SAP an advantage
8. Reliability, motivation and a team and service-oriented approach to work
9. Good knowledge of English
10. Motivation, commitment and a willingness to learn
About Us
The Subscription Services department is responsible for all service products that can be purchased online and in stores throughout Germany on a monthly basis. Our daily tasks also include topics such as business development, support, training and action planning for stores and online.
