Shopper Marketing Manager (d/f/m)

For our Business Unit Consumer Goods Region Central we are searching for a Shopper Marketing Manager to support our team as soon as possible.
In this position you are responsible for the shopper strategy & plan, shopper-campaigns & -activations, promotion- & POS management and shopper & customer communication for your assigned brands, e.g. Tempo, Zewa, TENA or Demak’Up, in D-A-CH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), and customers. You act as an interface between Marketing and Sales and represent your function in multifunctional teams.
The position is based in Mannheim and reports to the Shopper Marketing Leader DACH.
Your Role
1. Translate brand strategy into shopper strategy and build national and customer-individual activation plans based on shopper- and customer insights, incl. Budget- and KPI setting.
2. Develop and manage promotion- and POS-guidelines and ensure execution with excellence.
3. Create national and customer-individual Shopper Marketing campaigns incl. promotion- and POS concepts, in-store activation and shopper communication, e.g. customer magazines, couponings, POS-materials
4. Analyze shopper marketing activities with the help of Nielsen, GFK, customer and internal data and derive recommendations for future activities.
5. Develop B2B communication incl. insight-driven trade argumentation, e.g. annual sales presenter, sales folders and trade-presentations, organization of conferences and trade fairs, creation of trade-press and trade-PR communication
6. Be an active team-member in our multifunctional brand- and customer-teams and deliver shopper marketing input related to relevant 7Ps into the business planning cycle.
7. Build a collaborative and trusted partnership with the customer together with sales by providing added value service.
You Identify Yourself With
8. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Shopper Marketing Manager or equivalent marketing role.
9. University degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
10. Exceptional communication skills in both German and English, with an ability to effectively engage and collaborate across diverse teams.
11. Proven track record of solution-oriented and target-driven approaches to marketing initiatives.
12. Strong focus on customer, shopper, and consumer insights, leveraging data-driven strategies to drive growth and engagement.
13. A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
