Tasks: Lead a small, dynamic team involved in project work and process optimization, including projects such as market models, geo data analysis, and other data-driven insights. Develop and implement automation solutions to enhance project and process efficiency. Take ownership of product and project management tasks, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with project objectives. Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, to ensure alignment and satisfaction. Strong conceptual understanding of data science to complement project teams in generating insights for our clients. Provide guidance and leadership to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Oversee personnel management responsibilities, including performance reviews and team development. Profile: Strong IT background with a solid understanding of technology and automation processes. Fields of study such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines are preferred, but relevant professional experience can also be considered. Proven experience in both product and project management, ideally at the intersection of the two disciplines. Hands-on experience with AI technologies and their practical applications. Demonstrated leadership experience in projects, ideally including disciplinary responsibilities. Skilled in stakeholder management and maintaining excellent client relationships. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively. German language skills are a plus.
