Your responsibilities: Project coordination: Support the planning, execution, and reporting of small projects by following up on tasks, monitoring timelines, and preparing necessary project documentation. Literature search and review: Conduct systematic searches of scientific literature and databases (e.g. PubMed, Google Scholar) to gather and summarize relevant research, including scientific articles, clinical trial results, or market research in Excel, Power BI, Power Point or Word, for use in various projects. Collaboration and cross-functional alignment: Collaborate with Fresenius Kabi teams on global level and across Regions to ensure an integrated approach to market access. Value communication tool development: Support the creation of communication tools like slide sets, folders, videos or trainings, ensuring they effectively convey the value of our indications and products, and support the adaption for use in diverse markets in accordance with local guidelines and market conditions. Compliance: Ensure compliance with international and local pharmaceutical laws, regulations, standards, and SOPs. Your profile: You have a completed Master's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or Pharmaceutical Sciences, along with additional coursework or experience in literature review, research methodology, or scientific communication. You have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, research-focused consulting, or contract research, excluding academic research. You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), Power BI (or similar) and are familiar with reference management tools (e.g., EndNote, Reference Manager, Mendeley). You have gained experience in conducting literature reviews and summarizing findings, particularly within a scientific or medical context. You are familiar with scientific or medical terminology, for effective literature searches and accurate reporting You are f luent in the English language, written and spoken; additional languages are a plus Mindesteingruppierung/Minimum Grading: E10
