As a Scientific Project Assistant (d/f/m) at Aignostics, you will work on a range of projects at the cutting edge of digital pathology. You will support the team to solve complex real-world problems at the intersection of machine learning and biology. Where your expertise is needed Supporting the Scientific Project Management team across multiple client research and internal research projects. Performing focused reviews of specific areas of scientific literature, summary and communication to relevant teams. Helping to ensure data quality across projects, including image quality control, monitoring and assessment of annotation data and collection and quality checking of multiple types of metadata. General organizational tasks, including creation of internal reports, helping draft project documentation and external client reports. Preparing presentation slides for various meetings. Supporting with the preparation of project plans and generation of work tickets for the project teams (Jira). What we are looking for Undergraduate in biology (or related fields like: Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics) Experience with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office tools Organized and detail oriented Self-motivated, good communication, good time management skills Experience in any of the following is an advantage: Project management experience Experience in market analysis and research Experience with ticketing systems (Jira) Experience with generating dashboards using SQL or similar We are still keen to hear from you if you don't match all the above points Our needs are diverse and growing and you are encouraged to apply if you have any combination of these skills.
