We are looking for someone who is passionate about development to join our Group Talent Team, supporting us to shape PHOENIX Group’s overall culture, learning and talent agenda. In your role, reporting to our Group Head of Talent, you are a key driver to support our talent programs and processes as well as drive exciting projects on leadership and culture.
In your role, you will support our program Lead to roll out talent programs and our Head of Talent on strategic projects.
Your Tasks
1. Support end to end roll out of key talent programs for senior executives and mid-management (from concept, tracking of key metrics to offboarding)
2. Actively source venues for events for talent and leadership programs
3. Support in the creation of program and communication material and act as an interface in German and English
4. Support project of rolling out our new leadership framework from liaising with business and other departments to organizing and managing events and workshops.
5. Participate actively in the development, implementation and anchoring of our upcoming Leadership Academy
6. Have project management responsibility within Group Talent team and co-create solutions, with internal stakeholders for example enabling our countries to implement processes or provide guidance on rollouts and resources
7. Develop your own individual area of expertise and specialist competencies that you use to bring diverse perspectives to find the best solutions.
Your Profile
8. Ideally you have successfully completed studies preferably in human resource management, psychology development related field, learning or instructional design, business/economics or social sciences or comparable qualification.
9. Relevant experience within a fast-paced environment in people development and/or talent management as well as some project management experience
10. We are open to university graduates with some relevant work experience or internships.
11. Curiosity and openness to learning and new approaches.
12. Excellent organizational skills and agility to work in a fast-paced environment
13. Desire to drive efficiency and process optimization within the team in both new and current projects
14. Previous experience in project management a plus
15. Exceptional customer service mindset and consistency of high-quality work
16. A can-do attitude and a pragmatic problem solver who gets things done and asks for help when they need it.
17. Full proficiency in both German and English languages, other languages are a plus. Minimum C1/C2 in both languages.
18. Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite helpful
