You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and uncover trends and opportunities. Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the creation and implementation of a global web analytics strategy that aligns with the company's objectives. Develop frameworks, policies, and scalable processes to empower the marketing team to drive measurable impact, ensuring consistency and efficiency across campaigns, channels, and platforms. Team Development & Management: Inspire and develop a team of marketing analysts by fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Provide mentorship and training to keep the team at the forefront of digital marketing trends and analytics. Data & Insights: Lead the development of processes for the segmentation and analysis of extensive marketing data to uncover trends, customer insights, and actionable findings. Facilitate the translation of complex data into impactful reports for stakeholders. Innovation & Best Practices: Champion industry best practices, staying ahead of trends and technological advancements. Drive the adoption of innovative approaches to enhance the organization’s digital impact. Performance Reporting & Analysis: Define KPIs and implement robust reporting mechanisms to track and enhance marketing performance. Collaborate on A/B testing and other methodologies to refine strategies. Cross-functional Collaboration: Strengthen partnerships across Digital Marketing CoE, Sales & Marketing Technology, and Business Partners to ensure high-quality, data-driven outputs. Enable decision-making that refines strategies and elevates outcomes.
