Team Our CRM Campaigns team drives marketing communications to connect with our existing customers and engage interested prospects across multiple channels. From emails and direct mail to mobile notifications and website banners, we create campaigns that are clear, well-timed, and highly relevant. We develop, execute and refine customer communications across different markets, including Germany, Austria, the UK, Spain, the Netherlands, France, Poland and Finland. Your Responsibilities Using our customer data and marketing platform, create, update and maintain marketing communications across a number of channels - email, mobile notifications, website/app banners and direct mail Work closely with the CRM and business teams, assisting them in running well performing CRM campaigns Monitor and report on any CRM performance insights to the relevant stakeholders Ensure our automated communications are always up to date and of high quality Your Profile Essential: Experience of using CRM software to build and schedule email campaigns. Bloomreach experience would be preferential Native English speaker with good written and verbal communication skills.
