Join our innovative team as a Customer Service Expert (m/f/d) for the Portuguese Market, where you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences while honing your skills in the E-commerce industry Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to the following: 3rdLevel requests handling (claims & complaints) such as Escalations management and Warranty & Special Requests handling Engage with customers through various channels and deliver personalized assistance Quality assurance and measurement activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer cases Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and customer-centric initiatives Handling of negative Customer reviews Point of contact for all kind of enquiries raised by customers You've got Proven experience within Customer Service Strong communication skills, both written and oral Proven conflict management and problem-solving skills Previous experience working within customer service in the e-commerce (ideally) Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within dynamic teams Confident, driven, assertiveness and proactive attitude. Excel and analytical skills (e.g. for root cause analysis) Native/Fluent Portuguese and at least professional level in English (essential). Fluency in any other European Language is highly beneficial.
