Position Overview: As a Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our business growth efforts. You will possess a can-do attitude with an ownership mentality. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and managing marketing initiatives. Your ability to build and maintain beneficial relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners will be key to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
* People Management: Lead a team with a focus on fostering motivation, facilitating growth and development, and providing robust support to ensure collective success.
* Sales Leadership: Drive business growth by developing and implementing customized sales plans and strategies. Build on insights to maximize brand visibility across retail channels
* Account Management: Partner with Marketing to execute brand strategies, build strong customer relationships, and manage budgets efficiently. Champion continuous improvement and identify new business opportunities.
* Retail Activation: Set and achieve account goals, develop sales and merchandising strategies, and lead product previews to grow retail presence.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a Commercial Leadership role.
* Strong market research and data analysis skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Collaborative and flexible approach with a real interest in building trusting relationships.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools.
* Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software).
* Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in FMCG and CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods).
* Familiarity with Hasbro's products and market.
