Company Description As a Logistics Systems and Processes Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping Red Bull’s global logistics framework. You will lead and support the implementation of innovative logistics initiatives and processes, ensuring seamless operations across all logistics flows. Your work will focus on driving improvements, streamlining processes, and aligning respective solutions, all while delivering measurable results. Job Description PROCESS OPTIMIZATION AND IMPLEMENTATION You will take the lead in implementing cutting-edge supply chain system solutions, ensuring workflows are standardized and optimized within SAP and other tools. By identifying and addressing bottlenecks in current logistics processes, you will drive meaningful improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will contribute to the enhancement of reporting tools and ensure the maintenance of high-quality logistics data, creating a foundation for informed decision-making. PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND SUPPORT Managing logistics projects will be a key focus, where you will ensure timelines and budgets are met while successfully integrating solutions into existing systems. You will provide support to Red Bull subsidiaries, helping them enhance their logistics flows and implement effective system updates. Furthermore, you will train team members and subsidiaries, ensuring they are fully equipped to use new tools efficiently. COLLABORATION AND INNOVATION Collaboration will be central to your role as you work with internal teams and external partners, such as 3PL providers and IT consultants, to optimize logistics performance. Staying informed about the latest digitalization trends, you will implement state-of-the-art, sustainable supply chain solutions that align with Red Bull’s goals and industry best practices. Qualifications Final degree (BA or higher) in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. At least 3 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, ideally in an FMCG environment. Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading initiatives. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP R/3 or S/4 is a plus. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify key issues and implement practical solutions. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across teams and with external partners. Additional Information Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
