What you'll do
* Collaborate with our content creation and harvesting teams to ensure relevant content is incorporated into our content success planning activities
* Support the development of how-to assets and enablement materials focused on key use cases relevant to our customers, particularly in the context of Business Transformation Management
* Contribute to enablement sessions for internal stakeholders to ensure our organization remains continuously upskilled and updated with the latest Business Content & Accelerators, thereby supporting customer success.
* Work with pilot customers and industry working groups to validate our content and assets, with a focus on value realization and data-driven results
* Contribute to a community of practice to foster knowledge exchange and build a strong community spirit centered around content
* Support the Global Content Group with cross-team initiatives, addressing their challenges and providing necessary support
* Collaborate with our dynamic and skilled Content Success & Adoption team to meet and exceed expectations
What you bring
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various teams
* Experience in creating materials related to Business Transformation Management, such as process management, analysis, and mining
* Strong knowledge of SAP solutions and business processes
* Motivation and flexibility to thrive in a high-growth environment where change is constant
* A team player mindset with the ability to support colleagues in various initiatives, share knowledge, and contribute new ideas
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and topics simultaneously
* Fluent in written and spoken English
