Your areas of responsibilities:
1. Perform detailed analysis of crash test results and understand the underlying physical principles
2. Derive simplified physical models and confirm them with static or dynamic tests
3. Prepare standardized reports on crash test results, ensuring all data is presented clearly and meets company and industry standards
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, and quality assurance, to integrate crash test findings into product improvements
5. Work closely with senior analysts and developers to ensure tests are carried out accurately and efficiently
6. Ensure compliance with relevant child seat standards from concept phase to type approval
7. Support on conducting scientific studies on child safety in collaboration with external research institutes
8. Stay updated on the latest crash test methodologies and safety standards to continually improve personal and team performance
Your profile of qualifications:
9. A university degree in Physics is required. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
10. Strong analytical abilities with a goal-oriented and detail-focused approach to problem-solving
11. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude
12. A keen interest in safety testing, innovation, and continuous improvement
13. Good technical understanding
14. Fluent in both German and English, with strong communication skills in both languages
