As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that help HR, Internal Communications, and IT leaders see the true value of Flip’s product. You’ll inform product development, articulate the value of our new products and features, and create sharp-as-a-tack content to set Flip’s product apart across different market channels. We’re searching for someone with a collaborative, can-do, and curious mind whose work makes us both think and smile.
What you'll do...
Product campaigns & launches
* Architect short and long-term go-to-market moments that align with our product roadmap and strategy
* Plan and lead product-related campaigns, developing goals, messaging, segmentation, channel plans, and campaign schedules
* Work collaboratively with marketing, CS, and sales to bring plans to life
* Continuously test and refine new approaches to better reach and engage key audiences
* Report on the impact of your campaigns, programs, and tests
Asset creation
* Manage, create, and distribute product-related collateral such as pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, product proof points, webinars, blog posts, white papers, and more
* Maintain and update existing product assets
Messaging & positioning
* Craft messaging and positioning that cuts through and communicates our value proposition to target audiences
* Define and articulate unique selling propositions and differentiators for our product
* Work collaboratively with product and marketing teams to understand, shape, and communicate our product strategy
Proof points
* Work with marketing, product, and CS teammates to deliver best-in-class written case studies
* Conduct research into industries, customer insights, and product features to develop messaging and positioning for new and existing products
What we're looking for...
* 4+ years of Product Marketing experience, ideally in the tech and/or B2B space
* You’re a master of the product marketing craft: positioning, messaging, go-to-market, and pricing
* You can synthesize complex product concepts into compelling stories for multiple audiences, and you understand how those stories might come to life on different marketing channels
* You love (and are good at) working cross-functionally across different teams, building relationships and collaborating across the organisation to drive results
* You’re a curious, critical thinker, with a growth mindset and a love for learning new stuff
* You’re proactive, organised, and able to work independently with little supervision
* Superb written and verbal communication skills in English (and German is a big plus!)
* A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
* Other experience in marketing or product management in technology companies
