D&A Supplies Category Business Development Manager (m/f/d) Description - This role is responsible for driving Germany and Austria Category Supplies Business Development. Main focus will be to assess share gain opportunities online, instore, with commercial partners, SBD, MPS and drive investments toward the highest ROI/ROAS RTM. The role collaborates with sales teams to ensure seamless execution of category plans while monitoring KPIs and sales performance. The role demonstrates a deep understanding of product categories and acts as an expert in providing directions and guidance for process improvements and establishing policies. Main Responsibilities: • Leads overall engagement with sales teams on contra investment and game plan budgets. • Monitors HP supplies big data, 4 box model to provide recommendations on market share gains or IB campaigns and placement. • Contributes and actively participates in defining the category business plan and strategies to drive growth and profitability. • Collaborates with various internal teams from marketing, sales, and finance to ensure seamless execution of category plans. • Demonstrates a deep understanding of product categories, business management, and sales challenges and strategies. • Holds responsibility for product line and quota management for a significant share of the product range or a specific customer segment. • Partners with marketing and omnichannel teams to drive sales campaigns with online partners Education & Experience Recommended: • Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in category management, P&L management, or a related field. Knowledge & Skills: • Analytics: Big Data, 4-box model • Strategic skills: 3Y planning, initiatives.
