What we are looking for
Amplifon is looking for a talented Financial Controlling Specialist – Finanzcontroller (m/f/d) to join the Finance Team, based in Hamburg, and directly reporting into the Financial Planning and Control Manager.
The role is key in supporting the management in taking relevant decisions by providing insights and analysis on the business performance of the local entity, which accounts for over million Euros in turnover.
The role will ensure right control of investments in line with results and support in determining long and short-term financial goals.

What will you be doing?
The Financial Controlling Specialist – Finanzcontroller (m/f/d) will be accountable for:
1. Analyze Business Activities and Financial results
2. Prepare Management reporting to local Leadership Team.
3. Prepare monthly reporting to Corporate Functions.
4. Support the preparation of the Years Strategic Plan and the monthly forecast
5. Report COGS, Opex and Capex investment comparing with targets
6. Review with area Directors the results and forecast.
7. Financial support and Analysis on M&A activities
8. Provide advice on Business improvement and Support Management decision by thorough analysis.
What you'll need
9. University degree (with preference to Economics)
10. First relevant working experience in Planning & Control or Accounting function
11. Previous experience in a multinational and complex environment
12. Fluent English and German language
13. Strong quantitative and analytical skills
14. Planning, organization and coordination skills
15. Communication and Interpersonal skills
16. International mindset
17. Ability to cope with tight deadlines and pressure
