Your contribution : Leading and developing our Growth Marketing team, including budget planning and responsibility for paid acquisition initiatives. Ownership and responsibility for online lead generation and lead flow, as well as the expansion and further development of our performance marketing setup across all business units. Managing and optimizing our tracking setup via server-side GTM. Further development of our CRM and lead nurturing strategy using the SAP Marketing Cloud. Roadmapping, budget planning, and forecasting within the Growth Marketing team. Your Profile: A completed university degree from a renowned institution in business administration or marketing. At least 5 years of professional experience in online marketing, ideally in a SaaS environment, along with experience in leading and developing a Growth Marketing team in a dynamic, globally operating environment. Deep expertise in performance marketing across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta & Microsoft Ads. A proven track record of successful full-funnel campaigns in the B2B secto r, extensive experience with the SAP Marketing Cloud, and in-depth knowledge of tracking via Google Tag Manager.. Long-standing, successful experience in cross-functional collaboratio n with internal and external partners and stakeholders, as well as business-fluent German skills.
