Role Summary:
As a Brand Project Management Specialist, you'll drive the end-to-end execution of dynamic brand communication projects — from concept to launch. In this fast-paced role, you'll support brand partnerships, motorsport-related initiatives, and the creation of impactful marketing assets. We're looking for a hands-on, adaptable professional with strong project management skills, ideally within the automotive or motorsport industry to collaborate across our global networks and headquarters in Korea. We want you to:
* Manage and nurture the relationship with our celebrity brand partner, serving as the main point of contact to ensure a strong, professional partnership.
* Oversee contracts and budgets related to brand partnerships, working closely with legal and finance to ensure alignment on terms, deliverables, and participation.
* Drive brand visibility through strategic planning and execution of promotional activities tied to our partnership program, ensuring alignment with brand identity and values.
* Plan and coordinate high-impact events and public appearances involving the brand partner, ensuring seamless execution and maximum exposure.
* Lead the development and execution of brand and motorsport-related projects, including concept vehicle production and marketing asset creation.
* Collaborate across teams to shape below-the-line (BTL) communication concepts that reflect GENESIS lifestyle and motorsport positioning.
* Manage external vendors and creative agencies to ensure the timely delivery of impactful content across multiple channels.
* Track, analyze, and report on the performance of brand activities and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders and HQ.
About you:
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or project management, preferably within the automotive industry
* Proven ability to manage end-to-end projects, including budget control and post-campaign analysis
* Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and performance evaluation metrics
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in an international environment
* Fluent in English with experience working across diverse cultures and time zones
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
* Willingness to travel internationally for events, content creation, and stakeholder meetings
