IoT Key Account Manager
To generate IoT business at VGE key accounts with particular focus on Automotive & Machinery Accounts.
What you will do:
* Identify and acquire IoT customers and new projects at VGE and corporate level in the German sales region.
* Negotiate deals and professionally present Vodafone IoT solutions including hardware, connectivity, software platforms and integration / professional services.
* Responsible for delivery against targets, budget and resourcing in sales region.
* Manage IoT base of Accounts within the area of Automotive & Machinery.
* Work closely with VGE, all OpCo’s.
What sets you apart:
* BA / BSc degree (BWL / Dipl. Ing.)
* History of successful sales in a B2B software / telecoms/IT environment (> 3 years).
* Proven track record in corporate / multinational corporate B2B business.
* Comfortable in negotiations up to C level.
* Excellent German and English language skills.
* Passion for IoT and the new business opportunities it offers our customers.
* Service Business experience.
* Deep knowledge of the German IoT market and/or experience with placing propositions in a corporate environment.
* Extensive history of successful sales in a B2B Software / telecoms/IT environment (> 3 years).
* Advanced level of knowledge in IoT products, services and solutions with particular focus on the Automotive sector.
* Consultative Selling / Business Consulting experience would be useful.
This position can be full-time or part-time (at least 30 hours).
