EIP is looking for a new patent attorney with experience in patent litigation to join our Dusseldorf office. The patent litigation practice is continuing to develop at a rapid rate, and we are looking for talented professionals to help out with increased work demands from existing clients and new work demands from recent client instructions.
As the first patent attorney litigator in our German office, you will have the opportunity to add significant value to a variety of cases. You will have the opportunity to 'get in at the ground floor' of this exciting development for EIP as it strengthens its position as a leading European patent litigation team.
About the Litigation Team
Formed in November 2011, our substantial multi-award-winning patent litigation practice is highly successful for its clients and highly ranked in the legal directories. Our cross-border team of patent litigators sits in Germany and the UK thus allowing us to service clients in two of the key European patent litigation jurisdictions.
Our innovative combination of experienced specialist patent litigators and the wide variety of technical specialties of our patent attorneys provides an invaluable combination of professionals to work with to evaluate the fine detail of any case both technically and legally.
Experience, skills and qualifications
You will be a qualified German and European patent attorney who has experience practicing litigation on high-value and complex matters. You will have between four and seven years experience as a qualified attorney and a technical background in a high-tech area.
A lot of our work is in telecoms, software, and emerging technologies, and you will have the chance to experience the full range of cases.
